液压成型波纹管

波纹管通常分为成型波纹管和焊接波纹管两种，用在超高真空系统中的波纹管材质，一般选用SUS316型号不锈钢。

　　制作口径稍微大一点儿的成型波纹管，首先将不锈钢板材卷成筒状，接口处焊接。将圆筒插入波纹管模具中，通过液压完成成型波纹管的制作。

　　在超高真空系统中，连接分子泵和机械泵的波纹管，多采用两端为NW 法兰的成型波纹管。
